How to energize your brand?

GGE is one of the leading Slovak energy groups. It invests in various areas of the energy industry, from production and distribution to supply. It is also one of the few energy groups to invest extensively in production capacity and innovation. Thanks to their strong financial background, they are a sought-after and stable investment partner in the construction of energy projects.

We are energized by GGE.
For GGE, we prepared a new claim, positioning, brand idea and visual language, able to reach all stakeholders. We then came up with communication solutions that fulfilled the individual points of the strategy:

1. Be visible

Brand pride is built internally and externally if the brand communicates and is visible in both the external and internal environment – this increases pride in employees.

2. Be present

GGE’s individual entities are spread across the country, so we needed to ensure that they felt the Group’s presence even in the most distant company from the headquarters. Therefore, we used both the centripetal principle in communication – the presence of communication in the vicinity of all enterprises, and the centripetal principle – the participation of all enterprises and their employees in the communication of the entire group.

3. Be known

We have used a number of tools to better inform every single employee. Clearer and stronger communication of the vision, goals, values, employee benefits, and the life of the group as a whole. At the same time, in the external environment, we also improved GGE’s position and attractiveness as an employer on the labour market.

4. Be proud

We have made heroes of the campaign and, through targeted activities, made employees proud brand ambassadors, which has led to improved communication and collaboration between entities and increased pride in both their company and the GGE Group brand.

So what have we prepared? An internal and external campaign, which we made more attractive to employees by an internal employee competition. The solution also included a film and its effective derivatives, representing the size of the group and its different entities. The heroes of the campaign are the Group’s employees themselves. Employee merch and the presentation of vacant positions through authentic testimonials from employees in the same positions met with a positive response.
