If we are addressing the potential and growth of the brand, it is reasonable and responsible to consider the possibility of rebranding as well, mainly due to low brand awareness, ambiguous name association with food and eshop, just as few people know that Primitivo is a wine, but most importantly – there are strong negative associations with the word primitive.
The new brand is an expression of the company’s DNA. That it delivers the highest quality service to its customers and that quality comes first. The products it brings to customers go to personally select, taste and test. They guarantee them.
We ushered in the rebranding with an effective two-phase rebranding campaign: the Change, which, thanks to the aptly chosen name, also held promise. And the second phase, Proof, in which we delivered on the promise with quality product offerings, services, advice and inspiration to validate the brand idea.
