OVB – Invest in yourself

To change the corporate culture and perception in such a large company as OVB Allfinanz Slovakia undoubtedly is, requires a large dose of politics, creativity, professionalism and determination. Daniel Bradáč brought all this to us.

Client's task
The oldest company and the leader on the Slovak financial intermediation market approached us with a request to set up a communication and branding strategy in order to support the positive perception of the OVB brand in the eyes of the public and to improve its reputation on the market.
Generations Solution
We developed a long-term brand reputation building strategy for the client based on closer cooperation between employees and agents, i.e. almost 3500 people. We created a system for measuring brand performance, building relationships with journalists, concentrated media coverage, reputation and crisis management, media control of intermediaries, media coverage and the involvement of an external network in building the PR campaign.
"We are thinking about your future" campaign
Young people feel that they are indestructible. They live in the present and do not think about the future. They mainly see themselves and their needs. I am the centre of the universe. I want to enjoy life HERE and NOW. No one thinks about retirement when they are 20 years old.
We are turning the paradigm around: pensions do not belong only to the older generation. We show them saving for retirement as another investment in themselves. The aim of the campaign is to intrigue, excite and talk about retirement in a modern and attractive way.
It was possible to vary the idea for different target groups and different financial products.
