An HR communication project that aims to educate and employ marginalised groups and their inclusion. We focused our communication on documenting a positive image of the employment of members of marginalised groups in society, which creates a fair and inclusive employer environment. The main protagonists are the company’s employees from marginalized groups and their personal story as an employee of the company.
