Pandemic has moved working life out of offices and into homes

Client's task
VUB Bank needed to introduce a new hybrid work model to its employees. To teach people to work from home, to explain the rules so that they not only accept them, but also use them. A special task was to solve the branding of people at home, so that the relationship with the bank would not decline, and at the same time to encourage them in difficult times.
Generations Solution
Idea: Smart office academy.
A series of guides, procedures, tips and tools that help employees know when, how and which communication channel to use. Fundamental is a different view of online, which everyone has already been saturated with and it would be nonsense to just multiply communication in this space. There has been a strong demand for offline. And we were faced with the challenge of how to be present with the brand in people’s homes, non-intrusively and naturally. So we designed a number of not only online but also offline tools. Humour was an important component, as well as many unconventional formats and a visual style that VUB Bank had not used before.
