We translated the idea of complete packaging into employer branding communications that improve the penetration of values and new corporate culture across all branches of the atomized company. We introduced communication solutions for better employee engagement and awareness. The complete package in this case is complete awareness, employee in the sense of complete package. We have carried this idea over to the external communication solution. Tichelmann, which provides a complete product portfolio, a completeness of value-added services, but also a completeness of innovation in the sense of combining the eco- and economic benefits of new products.
