Brand Idea and Claim expresses both the company’s area of operation and its attitude to business, life and working conditions of its employees as well as the community in which it operates. The Idea allowed us to pull employees together for a common goal, exert positive pressure and unite them for a clear purpose. The heroes of the HR campaign are the employees themselves. Through their personal story, they become ambassadors of their own brand.
The HR campaign also made unique use of partnership, sponsorship and CSR activities, which became an organic part of the campaign and created a positive image of the brand on the labour market.
